Confined Space Initial and Refresher Courses in November 2017

Aloha All,

This is to announce the following confined space entry courses to be held at the Pearl Country Club, Aiea, Hawaii:

8-Hour Confined Space Safety / Shipyard Competent Person Course Refresher
November 16, 17, 20,  2017 – $175/each
24-Hour Confined Space Safety / Shipyard Competent Person Course
November 13–15, 2017  – $455/each

 

Training start and end times are now 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Registration for the refresher course is limited to previously trained and designated SCPs and previously trained non-marine confined space workers and supervisors. This course covers both work ashore and onboard vessels and includes confined space requirements as per OSHA general industry, construction, and maritime; the ANSI standard; EM 385-1-1; and NAVSEA.

Attached are the announcements, registration form, and payment information. Continental breakfast and lunch are included.

 

PLEASE register ASAP if you would like to attend any of these courses.  All courses are filled on a first-come-first served basis. 

 

Payment and head shot photos are due with registration. To receive your photo ID card at the training, please email a photo in a .JPEG format (passport style headshot). Photo can be taken with any smart phone.

Cancellation/Refund Policy – For all courses:

Reservations cancelled on or before November 9, 2017  will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between November 10-12, 2017 will be charged a $50.00 materials fee. Cancellation notification must be in writing by e-mail. The deadline for cancellation is November 12, 2017. Cancellations after this date and all “no shows” are billed the full tuition. Substitutions are allowed when requested in writing and approved/confirmed by IHP, Inc..
